Please read these terms and conditions before you start using Helpsoon. By accepting the terms and conditions you acknowledge that they are applicable to your agreement in regards to the service of Helpsoon.
General Terms of Service
1.10 Scope
This Agreement applies to the customer (hereinafter referred to any form of "you"), and Helpsoon Ltd. (hereinafter referred to any kind of "we"). Helpsoon ApS is a Danish private limited company under the Latego ApS with Reg. 30549295. The agreement covers the use of all features and services that are used on Helpsoon, hereinafter called the Service.
1.20 General conditions
We have full ownership of the Service or any material belonging to the same, including software and brand. We have the right to use, copy, display, modify, delete, delete, make available to third parties and transfer the information and material you enter on Helpsoon.
We are always entitled to change these conditions. We are obliged to inform you about changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. We can at any time with immediate effect and without notice make changes caused by laws, rules or authority decisions.
Similarly, we can change conditions, we can change the performance and add or remove features. If you oppose a change, you are entitled to interrupt the performance and stop using it before the change becomes active. If the change is made without notice, disconnect performance when information change is sent to you. If you continue to use the Service after you have received information regarding the change, you are deemed to have accepted the change in conditions and / or function.
1.30 Use of Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer to give you a better experience. For example, use a cookie to keep you logged in when you browse on our website, so you do not have to re-enter your login information.
Cookies also help us to collect statistics, but they can not tell us who you are; the data is impersonal and used to optimize website. You can delete cookies from your hard drive, and also change settings regarding cookies in your browser. However, this may mean that you can not use some features of the site.
1.40 Personal
To enable us to deliver performance, all personal data you provide will be treated by us and by companies within the same group as us. Your personal data is used to inform you about our services, via e-mail or otherwise. We are also entitled to disclose your personal data to our franchisees or local partners.
We own the rights to access and / or use / make available information about you, your user account and / or the content of your correspondence to: (1) comply with the agreement we have with you, (2) comply with the law or legal injunctions directed at us, (3) conduct and investigate any breach of the Agreement or (4) protect the rights, property or securities, which belongs to us. By accepting these conditions, you agree to our use of your personal data, as described above.
1.50 Registration
When you create your user account / profile, you are required to enter the correct and complete information. You can not start using the Service before you made the entry.
1.60 Contacting users/profiles
You may not contact any other profiles through the Service, direct or indirectly, without first having purchased a membership (including the use of e.g. a discount coupon), which specificly gives you access to this. You are thereby not allowed to publish or in any other way forward your contact details to other users/profiles when sending messages or similar, until you have purchased an access providing membership to this, in accordance with above mentioned.
1.70 Your responsibilities
It is your responsibility to protect your hardware and software from unauthorized access, viruses, spyware and other forms of deliberate code writing. When not using the service, you should be logged. You are solely responsible for all use of your account, including amendments and sent messages. You are responsible for keeping your username and password in such a way that unauthorized persons can not access it. If you suspect any unauthorized person has accessed your account, you must immediately inform us about it.
When you use the Service, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations, rules and other conditions as specified in these conditions or instructions from us. If we become aware of changes or additions that do not seem compatible with those conditions or applicable law, we are entitled to examine the relationship and alone determine whether the data must be deleted. The benefit must not be used in such a way that it can harm us or our franchisees / partner companies. You are required to compensate us for any loss, claim or damage we may suffer as a result of your misuse of the Service. Furthermore, it is not permitted to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the performance (or the networks connected to performance) or interfere with others' use of the Service, transmit, make available or otherwise disseminate any part of the Service.
You are responsible for all amounts (eg. For broadband) associated with the use of the Service. You are also responsible for roaming charges that may arise when accessing the Service from a country other than that which your user account is associated with.
1.80 Appointment Duration and Termination
Our commitment to deliver performance is valid until further notice. Performance may temporarily and without notice, taken out of service because of system failure, maintenance, repair or for reasons which we can not control.
We are entitled to interrupt the performance with immediate effect if (1) you do not comply with your obligations under these conditions, (2) we combine performance with another performance, (3) we modify the conditions of the Service or ( 4) we totally abolish Service.
We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to another party. As a customer you can always stop using the Service.
1.90 Messages between you and us
You can send messages to us in the ways described in Service. You are also responsible to familiarize yourself with the content of messages sent to you by us. Notice via e-mail is considered received by you three (3) days after sending. Messages that are posted on the Service deemed to be received by you seven (7) days after publication.
When signing up at Helpsoon, you allow us to send you emails in order to:
- be able to use our "Forgotten password" feature
- receive confirmation emails of your possible purchases
- receive newsletters, marketing emails and notifications of your profile. Should you no longer wish to receive these types of emails, you can at anytime unsubscribe through your profile.
1.95 Other
Any dispute concerning these conditions shall be settled by Danish justice in accordance with Danish law.
Purchase Terms and Conditions
You buy the service from Helpsoon ApS (DK-CVR No.: 30549295 - a subsidiary to Latego ApS (ltd.), a company registrered in Denmark.), Tranebaerparken, Aalborg, Denmark. To the order amount a payment fee might be added depending on payment type.
2.10 Accept of membership terms
By your membership sign up, you accept that Helpsoon is allowed to withdraw the agreed amount periodically according to selected product. When you buy a membership we automatically renew this until you terminate the membership in your profile. You will with this product never run out of access to Helpsoon.
2.20 Termination of membership and commitment period
You can at any time terminate your recurring membership. You will though be required to pay according to selected product until e.g. a commitment period has expired. Termination of membership will not interfere with already activated time in your profile. 1-year memberships are irrevocable the first 6 month, and can, from 1 month before expiration of commitment period, be terminated with 1 month notice. When buying 1-year memberships a prerequisite for the total price incl. discounts, is that the membership is not terminated ealier than the 11th. month of the membership period - with effective termination at the end of the 12th. month. If the membership is terminated with effective date any ealier than at the end of the 12th. month of the membership period, payment must be made for all the months, which the membership have been active, but at the currently published price of monthly payment price plan, per month.
2.30 Receipt for received order and order confirmation
When you have ordered a product/service with us, you will receive a receipt and order confirmation of your order via email. This also includes a link to our terms of service, under which you have ordered the product/service. Should any updates to out terms og service arrive at a later point, you will be notified minimum 1 month prior entry into force either via email or at login to your profile, so that you will receive the possibility of cancelling your membership before entry into force.
2.40 Cardholders responsibilities and liabilities
Registration is committed from the moment the first login has been performed. Account owner/cardholder is obligated to pay the full amount within e.g. a commitment period according to selected product.
2.50 Procedure for membership termination
Recurring memberships will be renewed approximately 4 hours before expiration. This is done in order to prevent running out of profile access. We of course add any excess profile time to the new membership period.
2.60 Right of cancellation
To your membership a right to cancel according to law within 14 days is attached. Howerver, You renounce this right to cancellation the moment you activate and use the services of the membership. You activate your membership/service at the exact second you submit the purchase. Should you wish to make use of your right to cancel, you must contact Helpsoon and inform us, that you have regretted you purchase. Since you have made a membership agreement, there is only a right to cancel upon initial sign up and not in relation to recurring payments. Have you, howerver, already sent one or more messages to other profiles/users on the portal - through the portal, your purchase cannot be cancelled. Profiles that are not activated, will be reimbursed proportionally to the remaining purchased profile time. Profiles that have been activated, will be reimbursed partly according to the remaining purchased profile time to compensate for costs incurred.
2.70 Procedure for renewal or deletion of card number
Should your credit card be closed or suspended because you have a new one or for any other reason, your payment will not be completed and your profile will be deactivated, until the payment can be completed. In case of new card, you can inform us of the new card number either by contacting us by phone or through a support form on our site. We do not recommend sending the new cardnumber through Email, as this is considered insecure.
2.80 Payment methods
